Over the years, we have cultivated an art in crafting cheese, charcuterie and crudite boards. We pride ourselves on our cheese & charcuterie selection, spanning terroirs, flavors, textures and milks and our produce, almost always sourced locally from the farm. It would be our pleasure to work with you to curate your perfect spread.
For cheese & charcuterie boards, we typically recommend budgeting around $10-12/head (assuming the board is the "main event") but can also work around your budget, opting for lower priced components. For large parties, we see budgets as low as $6-8. Everything is included in the budget from the cheese and charcuterie down to the crackers and bread. If you would like the board to also include crudite with housemade dips or to do a separate crudite board, we recommend budgets in the range of $12-14 or $3- 8 respectively.
We choose cheese and meats that we know work best (no blues unless requested) that will maximize your budget and satisfy your guests. You can expect an assortment of 3-5 cheeses spanning cow, sheep and goat milk and as least 2 meats that always including a salami. In terms of the board, we only lend out our wooden boards for orders over $200 (with a refundable deposit) but have two disposable options available: a compostable or wooden tray.
